Hi! I just purchased the cut pile tufting machine. When i try to start using it, the yarn will quickly come loose from the machine, and it will make holes in the backing material. The backing I am using is the one that came with the kit purchased from your website, and the thread I am using is 100% cotton warp. Maybe the thread I am using is part of the issue? Thanks!
