Hello! Me, again. 😅 So, I worked with my gun for about an hour today. I wasn't going non-stop...there were lots of starts and stops as I am still figuring this thing out! Towards the end of my time using the gun it started to move REALLY fast--like, I was pressing the trigger as I had been the whole time but now the gun was speeding along at a pace that I could not properly work at. I'm not sure if a wire got messed up or something needs to be loosened or tightened? I tried pressing the trigger lightly and it was the same, it just zoomed along. I was shooting a short video of me using the gun when this started to happen so I have that if you need to see what I'm talking about..not sure how if I'd be able to attach it here, though. I was just getting on a roll with my gun so any help to fix this issue would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!!

Hi Elizabeth,
It sounds like you're having lots of fun!
Are you aware there's a speed dial on the machine? If not maybe it got bumped? The speed dial is near the bottom of the blue handle near where the cord comes in. It's also indicated in the user manual on the page where the parts are listed.
If this doesn't solve the problem, please let me know

I wasn't aware of that..another good reason to read manuals. 🤦🏻♀️ Thank you, Tim! I'll try it out when I get a chance and if that doesn't work I'll let you know!
